Molten Midnight Lava Cakes

Let's cook it.

1. 1Melt chocolate and butter, cool slightly.
2. 2Whisk eggs, yolks and sugar to ribbon stage.
3. 3Fold in chocolate then flour.
4. 4Bake in buttered ramekins at 200°C for 9 minutes exactly.
5. 5Invert, dust and serve immediately.
